Character Name: Takashi "Mori" Morinozuka
Character Series: Ouran High School Host Club
Age: 17
Background:
Mori is the 2nd oldest member of the host club (the oldest being Honey). He joined the host club to accompany Honey. Mori is said to be the "wild" type host mostly due to his tendency to act based on his instincts. He automatically saves or helps everyone who calls for help.
He's mostly very quiet and appears unemotional unless something upsets or happens to Honey, or if Honey gets angry at him. During these times, Mori will acts very strangely and clumsily.
Mori is actually Honey's cousin as their families were joined by marriage 2 generations ago, however, Mori's family have traditionally served Honey's and Mori seems unable to shake off their master-servant relationship.
Mori faithfully watches over Honey and attends to his cousin's every need. He also often carries Honey around on his back or shoulders. Though he usually tends to spoil Honey, there are times he does act strictly towards him like when Mori refuses to let Honey eat any sweets when he has a toothache. However, he does feel a strong sense of guilt afterwards.
Mori is the national Kendo champion and was the president of the Kendo Club but quit to join the Host Club with Honey.
He has a younger brother, Satoshi, who is very lively and cheerful, his complete opposite, who absolutely adores and worships him.
When Mori is sleepy he becomes very talkative and friendly but is unable to remember what he has said or done when he was sleepy after he wakes up.
He also appears to like small things (he was fascinated by Tamaki's collection of figurines when they all went to visit Tamaki who was ill, in the manga).
Personality:
Mori is basically a nice person though he's usually very silent and stoic towards everything except things related to Honey and when he's sleepy. He has very quick reflexes and strong protective instincts.
